SHIPPING POLICY
How It Works
All orders are shipped via UPS. We will provide a tracking number once products are shipped. Shipping times vary by product, please allow 2-6 weeks for delivery.
RETURNS

All items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for any reason as long as they are in their original packaging and resalable condition.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Information You Need to Know
1. STANDARD MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
This product is backed by a Standard Manufacturer Warranty. This warranty guarantees that the product is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period specified in the product's manual or on its packaging. This period commences on the date of purchase.
If during this period, your product proves to be defective due to improper material or workmanship, the manufacturer will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product without charge. The replacement product will continue to be covered by this warranty until the end of the original warranty period.
This warranty does not cover any damage or malfunction arising from misuse, improper maintenance, negligence, normal wear and tear, accident, or use not in accordance with the product manual.
To claim the warranty, the original proof of purchase indicating the purchase date is required.
2. 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
In addition to the Standard Manufacturer Warranty, we offer a 30-Day Return Policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, with all included accessories, and in the original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be processed. If the product is returned damaged, missing parts, or significantly different from its original condition upon delivery, the return may be denied or a restocking fee may apply.
Please note that shipping costs for the returned product will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
